We love GreenSky Wealth. Not only are they a great bunch of blokes, they have a very clear idea of what their business is. Yes, they’re a firm of Independent Financial Advisers. But they’re a firm that wants to do things a bit differently. They’re dedicated to removing the jargon from the industry and being as transparent as possible. We’ve been helping them do that for several years now.
We’re essentially GreenSky’s Marketing Manager. Each month, we spend a dedicated number of hours on helping them grow their business and communicate with their customers. The work we do includes blog writing, email marketing, design of things like brochures and ebooks, and even helping with submissions for industry awards (they’ve been shortlisted for quite a few but we’re still waiting for that win!). We’ve developed a couple of campaigns around things like pensions and we also maintain their website.
Social media is quite new for GreenSky. We help manage their Facebook and Twitter channels. Industry regulations and restrictions do make it a bit difficult to go full-force through these channels, but we’re gradually feeling our way.
As well as all that, we took some photos of them and have taken care of various IT issues.
And the outcome? Website visits are up 45%, average email open rates are well above industry average, email subscribers are up 93%, they’ve gone from 3 members of staff to 6…everyone’s happy.
"I cannot speak highly enough of Emma and Gavin at Example. They have been providing us with support and strategies since they started their business, and our decision to use them has undoubtedly been the single best marketing decision we have made as a company. We feel we receive superb value for money in terms of our budget, and the fact this has resulted in real returns is a testament to their expertise and comprehensive ongoing support. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any business, and would go further to say I would be happy to speak to anyone directly who is considering outsourced marketing support for their own business needs."
