We’re a Google Partner!

Google Partner Logo

Hooray! We’ve recently become an official Google Partner! We’ve got a snazzy badge for the website and everything!

But what does it actually mean?

In short, it’s official recognition that we’re all up-to date with the latest Google product knowledge. That means we can create Adwords campaigns that will actually work for your business. Brilliant!

Becoming a certified Google Partner was no easy feat. There were courses to take and exams to pass. This badge has been well and truly earned!

Why is it such a big deal?

We have proven that we can demonstrate the skills and expertise needed to help you grow your customer base and revenue using Google AdWords.

You can trust us to put together an ace campaign and advise you on a keyword strategy to target the right audiences and, therefore, get the most out of your website and adverts. Thanks to our Google Partnership we know how to identify the best keywords and the best strategies to maximise your budget and make it work harder.

Hold on, Google AdWords?

Ok, let’s take a small step back. You may or may not have come across Google AdWords before. The long and short of it is Google AdWords is Goggle’s own advertising service where you pay to have your website shown above the regular search results when specified keywords are searched for. You may have noticed the small ‘Ad’ box next to some of your Google search results? Well, these have been paid for through Google AdWords.

Google AdWords, most commonly, works on a pay-per-click (PPC) service, meaning you only have to pay when your advert is clicked on – simple! It’s not likely that you will be the only company wanting to use particular search terms though. Other businesses can bid for the same search terms.

Depending on how much you’re willing to pay Google each time your advert is clicked can influence how high up you are placed on the list of paid for adverts. To keep spending under control, budgets can be set, and campaigns can be paused or ended whenever you like.

But it’s not as simple as “the more you pay, the higher your ad appears”. Google also uses something called the ‘quality score’ to judge which advert should be placed where on a search results page.

It will look at how relevant your advert is to the person searching for the specified keywords according to the search terms they have used. It will also take into account how many times your advert has been clicked through and how relevant the landing page is once the link has been clicked. The higher the quality score the better. And even that explanation is over simplifying the whole process quite considerably…

With millions of searches per day on Google, an AdWords campaign can make sure your business is noticed by potential customers. But getting it right is vital. And working with a Google Partner who really knows their stuff can help you do just that.

We can help set up your campaign and then keep a close eye on how your ads are performing and make adjustments where necessary. Want to know more? Get in touch!
